How We Use Your Personal Information

Depending on how you interact with us or which Services you use, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:

Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services

We use your personal information to provide the Services and perform our contract with you — including processing payments, fulfilling orders, remembering your preferences and items of interest, sending account notifications, processing purchases, returns, and exchanges, maintaining your account, arranging shipping, facilitating returns and exchanges, enabling product reviews, and creating a customized wholesale shopping experience.

Marketing and Advertising

We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and showing you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites — including based on items you previously purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services.

Security and Fraud Prevention

We use your personal information to authenticate your account, provide a secure payment and shopping experience, detect and investigate possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity, protect public safety, and secure our Services. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We strongly recommend you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else.

Communicating with You

We use your personal information to provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, provide effective services, and maintain our business relationship with you — including by email, phone, and SMS (subject to the consent terms in Section 5).

Legal Compliance

We use your personal information to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including requests from law enforcement or government agencies, to investigate or participate in civil discovery or other legal proceedings, and to enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms or policies.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects without human review.

SMS & Text Message Communications - A2P 10DLC Compliance

WIM Group USA LLC DBA nonprofitapparel.org participates in the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging framework as required by major U.S. wireless carriers and the CTIA. This section discloses all material terms governing SMS/text message communications from our business.

Program Description

We may send SMS/text messages to customers, wholesale account holders, and contacts who have provided prior express written consent. Message types include:

  • Transactional messages: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery alerts, payment receipts, and account activity alerts;
  • Customer service messages: Responses to your inquiries submitted via SMS or other channels;
  • Promotional messages: Wholesale offers, seasonal promotions, new product announcements, and event invitations — sent only with separate, explicit opt-in consent.

Opt-In & Consent

We will only send marketing or promotional SMS messages to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Consent may be obtained through:

  • Checking an SMS opt-in checkbox during account registration or checkout;
  • Texting a keyword to our designated number and receiving a confirmation reply;
  • Completing a paper or digital opt-in form at a trade show or business event.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase from nonprofitapparel.org without consenting to receive SMS marketing messages. Transactional messages related to active orders may be sent without additional marketing consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message we send to unsubscribe from all further messages;
  • Replying HELP to receive assistance information and our contact details;
  • Emailing hi@nonprofitapparel.org to request removal from SMS communications;
  • Calling +1 888-488-1995 to speak with a representative.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent thereafter, except where required by law or to protect your account security. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional messages related to active orders unless you specifically request cessation of all communications.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages varies based on account activity and your preferences. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your data and messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

Our A2P 10DLC messaging program is registered with and operates through all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and MetroPCS. Carrier support and delivery may vary; we are not liable for messages undelivered due to carrier filtering or network issues outside our control.

Privacy of SMS Data

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely for the communication types described above. We do not share phone numbers provided for SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is stored securely and protected in accordance with Section 9 of this Policy.

Information collected via SMS opt-in is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes, including affiliates or partners, except as strictly necessary to operate the SMS messaging program (e.g., compliant SMS platform providers bound by confidentiality obligations).

If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, unless the data transfer is to a country determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Shopify, as our hosting provider, may also transfer and process your data internationally in accordance with their own compliance mechanisms, as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15. We will review your complaint and respond in a timely manner.
